Francophone University Association to deepen cooperation with Moldova in fields of mutual interest

Chisinau, 13 March /MOLDPRES/ – Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Anatol Vangheli, has received today the rector of the Francophone University Association (FUA) Jean-Paul de Gaudemar, who is paying a working visit to Chisinau on 13 – 14 March in the context celebration of the Days of Francophonie in Moldova, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

Referred to this occasion, Anatol Vangheli reflected upon the significance which Moldova dedicates to cooperation with the Francophone University Association, as to promote and support the role of French in university and pre-university education system in Moldova. It was also saluted the activity of Anthena of Chisinau of the Francophone University Association and expressed Moldova’s interest for FUA’s projects at regional level in order to promote the cultural and linguistic diversity.

At his part, Jean-Paul de Gaudemar appreciated Moldova's interest in promoting and strengthening the francophone values, expressing FUA’s readiness to deepen the collaboration with Moldova in the fields of mutual interest.
