Moldovan PM pays working visit to Washington

Chisinau, 25 June /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip pays a 24-26 June working visit to the United States.

According to the government’s communication and protocol department, in Washington, the PM will have a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Filip will discuss the main directions of Moldovan-American cooperation and priorities in strengthening the strategic dialogue between Moldova and the USA.

The visit’s agenda also includes a string of meetings with officials of the U.S. Congress, including with the members of the political support group for Moldova, American Senate, House of Representatives, as well as events within the main analytical centres from the American capital.
