Deputy premier meets head of OSCE Mission in Moldova

Chisinau, 25 July /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Lesnic had a meeting with Head of the OSCE Mission in Moldova Michael Scanlan on 24 July , the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.
The officials held discussions on subjects tackled within the Chisinau-Tiraspol dialogue, recent developments recorded in the process of negotiations. The sides highlighted the results achieved in the implementation of topics contained the Berlin plus package, in particular, the subject of Latin-script schools from Transnistrian region, farmlands from the Dubasari district, mechanism of access of vehicles from the Transnistrian region to the international road traffic, ensuring the free movement between the two banks of Dniester, as well as the organization of interaction in the telecommunications sector.
At the same time, the officials approached aspects on the situation in the Security Zone, carrying out a feasibility study and organizing works of repair/modernization of the infrastructure of the bridge between the Gura Bacului and Bacioc settlements.
Cristina Lesnic and Michael Scanlan emphasized the results of a meeting of the governmental commission for Moldova’s reintegration from 11 July 2018, as well as a recent holding of a training session for representatives of the diplomatic missions accredited in Chisinau, during which the mechanism of allowing the vehicles from the Transnistrian region to the international road traffic was set forth.
