Energy efficiency campaign launched in Telenesti

Chisinau, 25 June /MOLDPRES/- Information campaign -Energy efficiency, energy audit and efficient procurement - a priority of local public authorities was launched in Telenesti yesterday. It will be held in June-August 2021.

On this occasion, a panel was installed inside the District Council containing information from all areas related to energy efficiency, and information is available for specialists in the field on the minimum requirements for conducting an energy audit, its purpose and importance.

"We want local public authorities to know as much information as possible about energy efficiency and, in turn, to urge local consumers to opt for energy-efficient products. We are convinced that through such actions we will succeed, with small but safe steps, to make the citizens more and more responsible in this sense ", said the director of the Agency for Energy Efficiency, Alexandru Ciudin.

The information campaign takes place in all district centers of the Republic of Moldova and Gagauzia, its purpose being the dissemination of information through local public authorities on energy efficiency, energy audit and efficient procurement.
