Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) urges voters to check the correctness of the electoral list’s compilation till 10 July.
The central electoral authority informed that, till 10 July 2021, voters can verify the correctness of the compilation of the electoral lists both in the rooms of the electoral bureaus of the polling stations and online, by accessing the CEC’s official webpage: www.cec.md or the webpage http://liste.cec.md/.
Based on proving documents, the voter can ask for the inclusion or exclusion from the electoral list, as well as the correctness of the errors committed while putting down data about himself/herself or other voters.
The voter can opt for the following ways, to check online the data recorded in the electoral lists:
· on the official webpage of the Commission www.cec.md, by accessing the pin ‘’Check yourself in the State register of Voters (by introducing the IDNP, passing through an anti-robot verification, the voter can learn at what polling station he/she is distributed and which is his/her order number in the electoral list);
· on the webpage www.verifica.cec.md – by accessing the pin, Learn where you should vote (by selecting the settlement and the home address);
· on the webpage www.liste.cec.md (by selecting the settlement and the polling station, the PDF file of the electoral list can be downloaded, containing data about the family, given name and the date of birth of voters);
· on the Commission’s page, at the columns, Map of polling stations (by accessing the geospatial map of the polling stations, with a click on the polling station, one can see the information containing contact data of the polling station and the link and the PDF file with the list of voters from the concerned polling station).
It is worth mentioning that the voter can be registered only in one electoral list and at a single polling station. The person who has valid residence is registered in the electoral list which fits the polling station in the territorial area of which he/she has the residence.
Snap parliamentary elections will be held in Moldova on 11 July. Twenty three electoral contenders will participate in the ballot: 20 political parties, 2 electoral blocs and one independent candidate.
