Moldovan electoral body processes over 50 per cent of official reports

Chisinau, 11 July /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 1,180 (54.88) out of all the 2,150 official reports of the electoral constituencies have been processed so far. At present, only three political formations pass the electoral threshold: the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), Bloc of Communists and Socialists (BESC) and the Shor Party.

Preliminary data shows that PAS picks up 45.4 per cent of the votes, BECS – 31.49 per cent and the Shor Party – 7.9 per cent.

The electoral bloc Renato Usatii grabbed 3.8 per cent of the suffrages, the Dignity and Truth Platform Party – 2.4 per cent and 2.3 per cent of the votes went to the Democratic Party. Another two political formations, the Building Europe at Home Party and the Democracy at Home Party got about 1.3 per cent of the votes each.

The other electoral contenders registered results less than one per cent.
