Over 10,000 people vaccinated against COVID-19 on election day

Chisinau, 12 July /MOLDPRES/- Over 10,000 people got vaccinated against COVID-19 yesterday, on election day.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, on 11 July all vaccination points in the Republic of Moldova worked from 7:00 to 21:00. At the same time, actions were carried out to inform and raise awareness of people on benefits of vaccination.

Health authorities continue to urge people to go to the family doctor or any vaccination center to get the serum against COVID-19, which today is the only solution to stop the pandemic.

So far, 793,281 doses of vaccine have been administered, and 308,439 people have got vaccinated with both doses.
