Mayoralty of town from Gagauz autonomy allows pensioners to fish for free

Chisinau, 22 July /MOLDPRES/ - The city hall of the Ceadar-Lunga town, south Moldova Gagauz autonomy, has taken a decision allowing pensioners to fish for free and without authorization in the water basins from the settlement.
According to the local authorities, pensioners fond of this habit will be issued a ticket and will be allowed fishing in the lakes owned by the mayoralty of Ceadar-Lunga. ‘’The fishing for pensioners will be allowed only from lakesides, on Mondays, from sunrise till sunset, and only with one angling rod,’’ according to the website www.ceadir-lunga.md.
After fishing, pensioners will be able to take not more than five kilograms of fish per day. Also, the fishing of more species of fish is banned, if one fish weighs less than one kilogram.
The fishing permit is uninominal, non-transmissible, contains the personal data of the owner, the type of the permit (annual/one day/pensioner) and is valid in the year of its purchasing. The payment for the issuance of the permit for sports, amateur and leisure fishing is as follows: 300 lei – for one year, 30 lei – for one day. For pensioners: 150 lei for one year and 15 lei per one day.
