Chisinau Urban Bus Park increased number of transport units

Chisinau, 2 August /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban announced on social networks that nine more buses have arrived in Chisinau today, out of the forty that were purchased in the Netherlands.

According to the mayor, all transport units will be subject to technical verification, and then will be distributed on municipal routes in the city and suburbs.

This spring the municipality purchased for the Urban Bus Park 58 vehicles - 40 VDL from the Netherlands and 18 MAN and Volvo transport units. The total cost of the means of transport is about 50 million lei.

On July 29, five new buses, ISUZU brand, arrived in Chisinau, out of the one hundred purchased by the Chisinau City Hall.
