Energy efficiency of Holercani high school almost completed

Chisinau, 15 October /MOLDPRES/- The members of the Local Steering Committee (CDL) of the project "Increasing the energy efficiency of the Theoretical High School" Holercani "from Holercani village, Dubasari district", met recently inside the institution, where they discussed the progress of the project and the activity plan for the next quarter According to the rapporteurs, 70% of the work on the program has been completed and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the project "Modernization of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova", the contractor and the technical manager of the project. II-III of the current year and the Project Implementation Plan for the next period.
The officials informed the assistance that 70% of the works on the site are executed. "We mention that here were executed thermal insulation works of a block, arrangement of sanitary blocks, change of doors and windows, lighting systems, district heating and ventilation. Also within this project, the kitchen is re-equipped and the access of people with special needs is performed. Also, landscaping works were initiated adjacent to the educational institution ", according to the Regional Development Agency (ADR) Center.
The national consultant of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), Dietrich Hahn, present at the meeting, appreciated the quality of the work done and the responsibility of the contractor, noting that he is surprised by the image of the high school as a whole, with bright, warm, well ventilated rooms. with better conditions for the students of the institution and for the teachers.
The value of the enterprise contract is 15 million 114 thousand lei, and the works are planned to be completed by the end of this year. The Holercani project is funded by the European Union in cooperation with the project "Modernization of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova", which is implemented by GIZ, in partnership with the relevant ministry of Moldova.
