Moldovan president meets members of Group of European People's Party from Romania

Chisinau, 15 October /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu received today members of the Group of the European People's Party (EPP) from Romania, led by the MEP Ioan-Rareș Bogdan.
The presidential press service told the agency that the discussion focused on the current situation in Moldova, on cooperation with European Union institutions and member countries, and on the interest in carrying out several joint initiatives with Romania.
The head of state thanked the MEPs for their support of our country. The EPP members from Romania reconfirmed, in their turn, that Bucharest will remain the faithful supporter of the Republic of Moldova in achieving the European agenda and development projects of the country, for the good of the citizens.
