Chisinau, 16 Feb. / MOLDPRES /- The activity of the National Agency for the Settlement of Appeals (ANSC) will be optimized, and the position of deputy head of the institution will be liquidated. A draft law in this regard was approved today by the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Budget and Finance.
According to the chairman of the commission, Dumitru Alaiba, maintaining the managerial position of deputy head is inopportune and unnecessary, given the fact that the main reason why it exists is to ensure the duties of the general manager in his absence.
"In the absence of the director, these tasks can be performed by one of the advisors, as needed," said Alaiba.
Also today, with the vote of the majority of the members of the specialized parliamentary commission, the draft decision on the termination of the term of office of councilor for resolving the appeals of ANSC of Alexandru Ciuș, from February 25, based on the resignation request, was supported.
Earlier, the Legislature took note of the resignation of two other councilors - Iacob Plămădeală and Petru Oprea.
