Education ministry launched annual grants program for youth organizations

Chisinau, 18 Feb. / MOLDPRES /- The Ministry of Education and Research (MEC) has launched the 2022 Annual Grant Program for Youth Organizations.

The competition is open to non-profit youth organizations in the country that carry out projects and programs with impact for young people, have co-financing, partnership agreements from various institutions and local and international donors and can provide their own contribution of at least 20 percent of the value project.

According to the competition regulations, it will be possible to submit projects with a maximum budget of 50,000 lei for local projects, 200,000 lei for regional projects and 300,000 lei for national projects. The Grants Program provides financial allocations in the total amount of 5.4 million lei.

Projects submitted for funding will have a maximum implementation duration of 7 months and must start no earlier than 1 May and be completed no later than 30 November 2022.
