Citizens returning from 4 states urged to fly through countries with accessible airspace

Chisinau, March 4 / MOLDPRES /- In the context of extending the closure of the airspace of the Republic of Moldova throughout the state of emergency until April 25, 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration urges citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan to schedule flights states that have accessible airspace, the MAEIE press service has reported.

Recommended air flights still available, with stops in Istanbul, Belgrade, Warsaw, Budapest, Dubai, etc. - to Iași or Bucharest, with the subsequent trip by land to the Republic of Moldova.

Alternatively, citizens can get to Moldova by coaches that run from the Russian Federation through European countries, bypassing the territory of Ukraine.

The MAEIE also urges the citizens of our country not to undertake non-essential trips to the Russian Federation and to regularly check the information broadcast on the website of the Ministry and the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Moscow.
