Another site blocked by SIS for promoting fake information

Chisinau, March 7 / MOLDPRES /- By an order of SIS director on March 7, the list of online content sources that promote fake information affecting national security has been completed with www.rta.md portal.

According to the SIS data, under p. 26-28 of Instruction No1 of February 24, 2022 of the Commission for Emergencies, SIS identified the website with the address: www.rta.md which is positioned as an analysis center with the name Regional Trends Analytics, which distributes on the territory of the Republic Moldova material, reflecting views aimed at justifying the war, as well as against the territorial integrity and neutrality of the country.

Also, the address of the editorial staff is a fictitious one.

Previously, SIS blocked the activity of several sites based on the same CNESP decision.
