3,624 Ukrainians crossed border of Moldova in recent hours

Chisinau, March 14 / MOLDPRES /- A minimum flow of passengers and means of transport is attested at all border crossing points. In the last 12 hours, 3,624 Ukrainians have crossed the border into Moldova.

According to the Border Police, in the last 12 hours, the border police registered 11,191 person crossings, of which a higher number - 6,498 on the way out of the country. Most crossings were of foreign citizens - 7,367, and crossings of Moldovan citizens were 3,824.

The most requested border was with Romania - 9,636 of the total crossings, and 1,401 crossings were reported at the crossing points located at the Moldovan-Ukrainian border and 154 crossings at the air border.

With regard to the crossing of the border by the citizens of Ukraine, a total number of 3,624 crossings were recorded, of which 1,144 on the way into the Republic of Moldova and another 2,477 crossings on leaving the country. At the same time, a number of 1,123 were the passages of Ukrainian minors.
