Increasing investment attractiveness remains priority for government - Moldovan PM says

Chisinau, March 25 / MOLDPRES /- 130 new jobs will be created within the “WeWire Harness Technology” enterprise, from the ZEL Balti subzone, Causeni city, after one of the production lines that was previously in Ukraine was transferred to our country. Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița visited the company, which specializes in the production of automotive, electrical and industrial wiring for export. The factory was founded in 2017 and currently employs more than 400 people, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

Natalia Gavrilița visited the production hall and discussed with the factory administrators about the facilities offered to the employees and the training opportunities. All employees are trained on the job during the probationary period, and some of them subsequently receive training in the company's production facilities in Poland, Tunisia, China, Mexico and the USA. The employer also provides free round-trip transportation for employees. People with disabilities are also employed in the factory, ensuring their inclusion in the field of work.

"Together we can make sure that people stay at home and work in decent conditions. Therefore, increasing the investment attractiveness of the country and improving the business environment remains a priority of the Executive. Predictability in business creation will come after we clean up the justice system and fight corruption. Even in fiscal policy - decisions, no matter how good they are, need time for businesses to adapt to the new conditions ", Gavrilița said.

During her visit to Causeni, the Prime Minister also visited the factory with Polish capital ConTeyor, specialized in the production of container covers, used to transport car parts.

The company employs about 220 employees, who benefit from training, meal vouchers and daily round-trip transportation. Soon, the number of employees will be expanded, with the opening of a new section, specializing in cutting and cutting.

ConTeyor has been operating on the market of the Republic of Moldova since 2018, with representations in Europe, Russia, China, North America and Turkey.
