Superior Council of Magistracy allowed investigation of magistrate from Chisinau court

Chisinau, March 25 / MOLDPRES /- With eight votes in favor, members of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) agreed today to conduct searches and start criminal proceedings against a magistrate at the Chisinau District Court.
Acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Robu has previously submitted a request on the matter.
CSM members did not announce the magistrate's name.
