Moldovan musicologist edits monograph about composer in Romanian city

Chisinau, 30 March /MOLDPRES/ - A book titled, ”Muzica instrumentală de cameră a compozitorului Gheorghe Neaga între tradiție și inovație” (Chamber instrumental music of composer Gheorghe Neaga between tradition and innovation) (206 pages), signed by musicologist, PhD in study of arts, university lecturer at the Music, Theatre and Fine Arts Academy, editor and presenter at the Teleradio-Moldova Public Company Natalia Chiciuc has appeared at a publishing house from Timisoara, Romania.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, the rector of the aforementioned academy, university professor, scientific editor of this monograph Victoria Melnic said that Natalia Chiciuc had been a candidate for doctor’s decree for her and maintained the thesis of PhD on the subject of this book in 2019. The thesis was recommended for editing by the specialized scientific board.
Natalia Chiciuc was born in the Slobozia Mare village, southern Cahul district, in 1988. She studied at the Music, Theatre and Fine Arts Academy from Chisinau, George Enescu National University of Arts from Iasi, Romania. Presently, she acts as university lecturer at the Academy, Department of Musicology and Composing (as of 2015) and editor and presenter at Teleradio-Moldova, Music editorial office, (starting from 2016).
