Moldovan MPs to convene at plenary meeting

Chisinau, 30 March /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs will convene at a plenary meeting on 31 March. The parliament’s standing bureau has approved the agenda, completed with subjects suggested by standing commissions.
Thus, on 31 March, the lawmakers are to consider, in the second reading, more drafts, among which a legislative initiative which sees the toughening of sanctions for the political and electoral corruption or the draft on the amendment of the law on the fabrication and circulation of ethyl alcohol and of the alcoholic production.
The parliament will also consider the subject on the declaring of the works on construction of the 400 KV overhead power line of electric energy transport Vulcanesti-Chisinau and of the Vulcanesti Back-to-Back station as public utility of national interest.
The MPs also included in the agenda the draft law for the ratification of the contract on financing between Moldova and the European Investment Bank for the carrying out of the Emergency Efficiency in Moldova Project.
