EUROPOL mission started activity in Moldova

Chisinau, 31 March /MOLDPRES/- As of 30 March a EUROPOL team has started a new mission in Moldova.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the group of experts in crisis management generated by the war in Ukraine has already begun to provide assistance in strengthening the capabilities of risk analysis, strategic analysis and cyber for all structures within the internal affairs system.

The EUROPOL team will also provide support in conducting OSINT analyzes to increase actions to counteract online activities that incite hatred, apologize for war or transmit negative elements related to the war in Ukraine.

To date, Europol has deployed similar missions to Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Lithuania.
