Moldovan parliament approved amendments to law on fabrication, circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic production

Chisinau, 31 March /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs today made amendments to the law on the fabrication and circulation of the ethyl alcohol and alcoholic production.

The goal of the amendments is to guarantee the authenticity and high quality of these types of products, to ensure the traceability of the production and commercialization and exclude the unfair competition in this sector.

The draft law also sees the inclusion of the compulsoriness of presenting the declaration of fabrication and circulation, which contains data for each category of product about the stock in the beginning of the year, production, sale and the stock in the end of the year. This data will be used at the elaboration of forecasts on the development of sectors.
