As many as 43 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova

Chisinau, 11 April /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 945 tests have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 43 new cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed. One out of all cases is import. Thus, 515,488 COVID cases have been recorded in Moldova so far.

As many as 253 people confirmed with COVID-19 are hospitalized in all, of whom 23 are in extremely serious condition and 2 patients are subjected to mechanical ventilation.

In the context, 1,132 persons are treated at home with light and moderate forms of coronavirus and 1,557 are under supervision at home.

Another 140 people have been treated. As many as 502,002 people were treated of COVID-19 in all.

At the same time, MS informs about the registration of 8 new deaths triggered by the new-type coronavirus and 11,470 people have died of COVID-19 in all.
