Moldovan MPs convene at plenary meeting

Chisinau, 14 April /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament will hold a plenary meeting of the current ordinary session on 14 April. The legislative body’s standing bureau today approved the draft agenda of the meeting, completed with subjects proposed by the standing commissions.

Thus, the MPs will consider a draft law for the amendment of the Law on Prosecutor’s Office, draft on amendment of the Law on judicial expertise and the status of judicial expert, draft law on the abrogation of the chapter XIII (1) of Moldova’s Civil Procedure Code.

The lawmakers will discuss, in the second reading, the draft law on the quality of the atmospheric air and the draft law on the amendment of the annex 2 of the Law on fish fund, fishing and fish farming.

The draft agenda also included the draft law for the ratification of an agreement on loan between Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
