Moldovan deputy PM has meeting with German Bundestag member

Chisinau, 13 April /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian today met a member of the German Bundestag, Tilman Kuban, and a member of the Landtag Baden-Württemberg from Germany, Matthias Miller, on a working visit to Moldova. They are accompanied by Director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation for Romania and Moldova Katja Plate, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.
The sides tackled aspects on the Transnistrian file, dynamic of the Chisinau-Tiraspol dialogue, the acutest problems on the agenda and the Moldovan authorities’ vision on their settlement.
The officials also referred to the difficult regional situation, in the context of the war in Ukraine and the flow of refugees who transit Moldova. Oleg Serebrian informed about the measures of assistance provided to the refugees and the efforts of maintaining the regional security, undertaken by the national authorities, jointly with the international partners.
The sides appreciated the excellent Moldovan-German cooperation relations in diverse spheres of common interest. Serebrian expressed sincere thanks for the multi-aspectual support provided to Moldova by Germany.
