Deputy premier to lead Moldovan delegation in Moldovan-American Strategic Dialogue

Chisinau, April 15 / MOLDPRES /- Deputy Prime Minister Nicu Popescu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration will pay a working visit to the United States on April 18-19. The visit marks the meeting of the thematic joint working groups in the Strategic Dialogue between the Republic of Moldova and the United States of America, organized in the symbolic context of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Moldovan-American diplomatic relations, the MAEIE press service has reported.

Popescu will have a bilateral meeting with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, with whom he will discuss concrete ways to deepen bilateral cooperation in the political, energy, socio-economic resilience and projects. development assistance implemented with US support.

Also, Popescu will meet in Washington with high-ranking American officials, representatives of the business environment, civil society, analytical centers and journalists.
