Painter from Ukraine exhibits works at Chisinau-based museum

Chisinau, 6 May /MOLDPRES/ - A painting exhibition titled, The peace which we have lost, by painter Veronika Vitvitska was inaugurated and a music recital was presented by composer Victoria Limaeva, both from Ukraine, at the panoramic hall of the History Museum of the Chisinau Municipality today.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, the director of the aforementioned museum, Valeria Suruceanu, said that, through this event, the institution backed young talents from Ukraine, who get far away from their homes on a difficult way, triggered by the dramatic events in this country.
”The exhibition, The peace which we have lost, by fine artist Veronika Vitvitska shows the inner feelings of the painter, who experienced terrifying moments, which marked her life and gave her an impetus for these works. Veronika Vitvitska had also personal exhibitions in St. Petersburg in 2017 and one in Chisinau this year,’’ Suruceanu noted.
The exhibition can be visited at the History Museum of the Chisinau Municipality on 6-12 May 2022. The event is dedicated to the dramatic events in Ukraine.
