Sewerage system in Hânceşti to be extended

Chisinau, May 23 / MOLDPRES /- More than 450 new beneficiaries from the city of Hânceşti will be connected to the sewerage system under the project Regional Water-Canal Systems - Guarantee of our health. The contract was signed this month, and the implementation period of the project is estimated at two years.

The contract provides for works to extend the sewerage networks, over a length of 13.5 km in five sectors of the city of Hâncești.

"The planned activities aim to increase the quality of life of locals, by rehabilitating and regionalizing communal sewerage systems. Thus, 452 new beneficiaries will be connected to the sewerage system ", the Regional Development Agency (ADR) Center said.

The value of the enterprise contract is 17,736,239.00 lei (about one million euros), the contribution of the local authorities being 10% of its value.
