According to physicians, to prevent the negative effects of dog days and insolation, people should avoid excessive exposition to sun in the time interval 11:00-18:00, to wear sun hats, light clothes made of green fabric and drink at least two litres of liquids. At the same time, physicians urge residents to call the doctor after the appearance of the first symptoms of insolation (fever, headache, dizziness, etc.)
