Moldovan cabinet approves transmission of reals estate to management of Balti city

Chisinau, 6 July /MOLDPRES/ - More real estate will be transmitted to the management of the local public administration (APL) of the Balti municipality, in order to be re-put into the local economic circulation. The cabinet approved a decision to this effect, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

Three hostels and one education block will be transmitted from state property, administration of the Education and Research Ministry, to the property of the Balti municipality. The concerned assets have not been used by the managing institutions in the last years, are in a damaged state and need major investments for rehabilitation.

Also, two hostels of the Clinical Hospital and of the Medicine College from Balti will be transmitted to the management of APL. They are in an unsatisfactory state and have not been used since 2010.

The Education and Research Ministry and the Health Ministry, jointly with the Balti municipal council, will set up the commissions due to ensure the transmission of the aforementioned real estate in a 30-day period.
