Moldovan deputy PM participates in Atlantic - Black Sea Security Forum

Chisinau, 8 July /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian has participated in the fourth issue of the Atlantic – Black Sea Security Forum, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.
The international high-level event brought together outstanding personalities in the foreign policy, who treated the most burning subjects on the agenda of international security, taking into account the current geopolitical context.
The energy security, Ukraine’s reconstruction and the European perspectives of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, the food security, freedom of navigation, new technologies, cybernetics and combating the misinformation were just some of the relevant subjects at the Forum.
In his speech, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian referred to the present regional situation of Moldova, in the context of the war in Ukraine and the settlement of the conflicts existing on the territory of both countries, as well as their impact on the security of the European continent.
The forum was organized by the Aspen Institute from Romania, along with the Office of the Marshall Foundation, in partnership with the Foreign Affairs Ministry and Defence Ministry of Romania, Embassy of France in Bucharest, with the support of the European Commission and NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division.
