Three persons prosecuted in file on organization of illegal migration

Chisinau, 11 July /MOLDPRES/ - Three persons are prosecuted in a file on the organization of illegal migration through falsification of Romanian and Bulgarian identity cards.

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office (PG), two out of these men were dealing with the transportation of passengers on the route Moldova-Germany and were illicitly carrying forged identity cards. The third person was dealing with the sale of the order at a price of 300 euros for one act.

Following raids made at the homes and vehicles of the three suspects, law-enforcers detected more falsified acts. At the same time, prosecutors in court asked to enforce arrest against two persons. Magistrates instructed the placement of one person under home arrest and the second one is subject to legal restrictions pending trial. As for the third man, law-enforcers instructed measures for establishing the place of his stay.
