Residents of center, south of Moldova to benefit from free medical consultations

Chisinau, 1 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- Mobile teams of medical specialists will offer free consultations on Thursdays and Fridays in several localities in the center and south of the country.

According to the National Medical Insurance Company, medical services are covered from the financial means of the institution's prevention measures fund.

Thus, mammary gland screening is carried out in Comrat and Taraclia districts, and children are provided with dental medical services in Tomai village, Ceadîr-Lunga district and in Mateuți locality, Rezina.

Mobile digital x-ray lung screening will resume on September 19.

Last week, free prophylactic examinations were carried out for 670 people. Thus, 400 of them did the lung screening, about 200 - the breast screening, and about 70 children were consulted by dentists.
