Moldova's Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office presents details about searches at former Socialist MP

Chisinau, 8 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office (PA) has presented details on the searches held at a former MP of the Party of Socialists (PSRM). The former lawmaker is concerned in a criminal case on the charging of the former president of Moldova.

According to PA, following the today’s searches, more information devices and rough copes were detected and raised, which on the spot were established as connected with the circumstances of the criminal file and are to be analyzed along with the other evidence managed on this case.

Prosecutors said that, ‘’at this point, the former MP is given no party in the law suit; she is to be summoned and heard by prosecutors on the immediately next period. As for the person concerned, at this point of the trial, no procedural measure of coercion was enforced against her.’’
