Moldovan Superior Council of Magistracy gives consent for starting criminal prosecution against judge

Chisinau, 22 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today approved a request by the acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Robu for the starting of the criminal prosecution against a judge from the Buiucani Court.
The magistrate would be suspected of illegal enrichment.
Several weeks ago, CSM issued its agreement for the carrying out of searches and the magistrate’s suspension from office.
