Moldovan fine artist exhibits works at Constantin Brancusi Exhibition Centre

Chisinau, 22 September /MOLDPRES/ - A personal painting exhibition titled, Coloured Revelations, by fine artist, Master in Art Andrei Negura today was inaugurated at Constantin Brancusi Exhibition Centre.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, Andrei Negura said the exhibition comprised over 90 works.
For her part, the head of the Moldovan Fine Artists’ Union, Florina Breazu, said Andrei Negura was a poly-valent artist, practicing tapestry and painting. She also said the fine artist had enriched his experience in the cultural space from Moscow, as well as in the European one, where he also studied and created.
Andrei Negura was born in the Echimauti village, north-eastern Rezina district, on 16 August 1956. In 1975, he finished the Alexandru Plamadeala Fine Arts College from Chisinau, in 1980 – the A. Kosygin Academy of Textiles from Moscow and in 1985 – the Academy of Decorative Arts from Budapest.
He had exhibitions in Moldova, Belgium, France, Italy, Romania, Spain and other countries. In 1999, Negura was awarded the Silver Medal at the Salon du Plnnovation Eureka, Brussels, Belgium, as well as other important distinctions.
The exhibition will be opened till 9 October.
