Popular craftsmen's fair to be staged at Chisinau-based museum

Chisinau, 22 September /MOLDPRES/ - A Fair of Popular Craftsmen will be staged at the National Ethnography and Natural History Museum (MNEIN) on 24 September.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, MNEIN director Petru Vicol said the event was organized in the context of the European Heritage Days. Thus, on this day, the museum widely opens its doors for cooperation with popular craftsmen who practice various kinds of workmanship, for the rediscovery, recognition and turning to good account of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
According to Vicol, the Fair’s goal is to promote the traditional occupations, popular craftsmen and the museum’s heritage.
