Registration certificates to be delivered to home via MDelivery

Chisinau, 28 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- The Information Technologies Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) and the Electronic Governance Agency signed the contract on public delivery to citizens through the government's MDelivery service.

According to the MAI, following the signing of the document, the criminal record certificates, detailed record and contravention (loss of registration documents of the transport unit, information on road accidents and others) will be able to be delivered to the indicated address.

The service aims to facilitate the relationship with public authorities in getting documents. Thus, with the help of the MDelivery service, citizens will have the opportunity to request online, including the delivery of the document, simultaneously with the order of the respective service.

The modernization of the service is part of the development strategy of internal affairs sector for 2022-2030.
