List of Moldova's border crossing points to be completed with Leova-Bumbata for vehicles

Chisinau, 5 October /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet of ministers has approved the completion of the list of the state border crossing points with Leova-Bumbata for vehicles, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

This need is dictated by the signing, on 22 August 2022, of an agreement between the Moldovan and Romanian governments, by exchange of vernal notes, on the creation of the state border crossing point between Moldova and Romania, Leova-Bumbata, opened for the international road traffic.

The draft’s goal is to speed up and facilitate the crossing of the border by people and transport means, ease the cross-border traffic and shorten the waiting time at the other state border crossing points, which are more demanded now.
