Moldovan cabinet approves concept of Energy Vulnerability Information System

Chisinau, 5 October /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet today approved the concept of the Information System Energy Vulnerability (SIVE) – an online platform due to allow the registration and processing for the compensation of the expenses at the consumption of energy, the government’s communication and protocol department as reported.    

SIVE will allow the automation of the process of compensation of expenses for energy and exclusion of the human factor in the process of providing compensations. Thus, through the system, decision-makers will ensure the centralized automated record of applicants and beneficiaries of compensations, as well as of the energy providers.   

At the same time, SIVE will be integrated with other information systems, which will allow the taking over of data about applicants and verifying the information introduced by them.

The system’s interface will be available in two languages, Romanian and Russian, and will represent a balanced graphic design, adaptable for most devices used (computer desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone).   

The Information System Energy Vulnerability will be launched following the approval by the government of the regulation on the assigning of the categories of energy vulnerability and the way of establishing and payment of compensations for the payment of energy invoices and the regulation on SIVE’s organization and work.
