Zoo in Moldovan capital preparing for winter regime

Chisinau, Oct. 6 /MOLDPRES/- The Zoo in the capital will be open until 19:00, and the ticket offices will be open until 18:00. The Zoo Park is preparing for winter regime.

The head of the Scientific and Educational Section within the Zoo, Olga Iuzvac, said that with the definitive transition of the enterprise to the winter regime, the ticket offices will be open until 5:00 p.m., and visitors will be there until 18:00.

During the cold period of the year, the volume of animal feed is increased by about 10%.

Currently, the Zoo in the capital counts over 1,100 animals. The price of a ticket for adults is 30 lei. Children up to the age of 7 have free access, and those between the ages of 7 and 18 pay a fee of 5 lei.
