Moldovan painter settled in Italy exhibits works in Chisinau

Chisinau, 6 October /MOLDPRES/ - A painting exhibition titled, The Waltz of Colours, by fine artist Tatiana Mereacre, born in Moldova, and settled in Italy, has been recently inaugurated at the National Library.
The exhibition comprises 30 works. According to the organizers, Tatiana Mereacre discovered her passion in her childhood, with the works being already presented at various exhibitions in the Moldovan capital when she was at school. Mereacre studied at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Moldovan State University (USM) and her dream was to travel and discover the world.
Being settled in Italy starting the age of 20 years, her paintings were inspired from picturesque places and landscapes of Italy, especially from the Toscana region. The city which she came to love most of all and where she presently lives is Florence. Mereacre staged her first exhibition in the town of Montecatini Terme. The fine artist’s paintings were exhibited at various exhibitions in Chisinau.
All her works are in water colour.
The exhibition will be opened till 31 October.
