Danube Region Programme 2021-2027 launches appeal of proposals of projects

Chisinau, 11 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Agriculture and Food Industry Ministry (MAIA) today informed that the Danube Region Programme 2021-2027 had launched the first appeal of proposals and projects, which regards the implementation of more goals. They provide for a more intelligent, greener Danube region, with reduced carbon emissions, more social, with enhanced institutional capacities for territorial and macro-regional governance.
According to the quoted source, the Danube Region Programme 2021-2027 provides financial support to transnational projects, which contribute to the development of a more innovating, more sustainable and more social Danube region. The indicative budget of the appeal is 91.8 million euros (EU’s non-refundable assistance) plus the co-financing of the beneficiaries/partners worth 20 per cent of the projects’ costs.
Potential applicants can submit the expression of interest form, through the Jems system of online programme’s monitoring till 21 November 2022.
At this point, the submission of additional documents in proof cannot be requested. The launch of the appeal of proposals will be accompanied by informative webinars for potential applicants for financing.
