Kindergartens from Moldovan capital to be connected to heating supply as of 19 October

Chisinau, 18 October /MOLDPRES/ - The kindergartens from the Moldovan capital will be connected to the thermal agent starting from 19 October.  

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the deputy head of the education, youth and sport general department of the Chisinau city hall, Andrei Pavaloi, stressed that the average air temperature registered in the concerned institutions was of +15 - +17 Celsius degrees.   

„The kindergartens are connected to the heating supply, when the air temperature inside records an average lower than +18 degrees. Thus, 90 per cent of the institutions’ managers asked for their connection to the thermal agent,’’ Pavaloi noted.    

Andrei Pavaloi also said that, for the time being, the air temperature in schools was bearable for children. ‘’On the days to come, the weather will warm; therefore, the schools, lyceums and gymnasiums from the capital are to be connected to thermal agent following the autumn vacation, which will start on 26 October,’’ Pavaloi added.  

The heating supply begins in pre-school education institutions from the capital’s suburbs at an instruction by the settlement’s mayoralty.    

As many as 129 kindergartens work in the Chisinau city.
