Moldova's State Fiscal Service collects 44.6 billion lei since early 2022

Chisinau, 1 November /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) today informed that the revenues to the National Public Budget, managed by SFS, had amounted to 44.6 billion lei (about 2.25 billion euros) in the first ten months of 2022, which is by 6,321 million lei more or up by 16.5 per cent against the same period of the year before.
According to SFS, 19.4 billion lei has been collected in the state budget in 2022, which is up by 3,236.5 million lei or by 20 per cent more against the same period of the 2021 year.
„Revenues worth 4.9 billion lei were recorded at the local budgets, which is by 538.5 million lei more against the same period of the last year or up by 12.5 per cent. Also, 15.2 billion lei was collected in the state social insurances budget on the concerned period, which is up by 1,937 million lei against the same period of the previous year or by 14.6 per cent more,’’ SFS said.
At the same time, 5.1 billion lei was collected in the mandatory health insurances accounts, which is by 609 million lei more against the same period of the 2021 year or up by 13.6 per cent, the State Fiscal Service added.
