CNAM incomes increased last months

Chisinau, Nov. 3 /MOLDPRES/- The National Medical Insurance Company /CNAM/ accumulated in January-October 2022 revenues of about 9.9 billion lei /over 518 million euros/ in the mandatory health care insurance funds, up by 9% compared to the similar period of 2021.
According to CNAM, most income is from medical insurance policies as a percentage of the salary. They reached almost five billion lei, 579 million more than the same period last year.
Mandatory insurance policies in a fixed amount were over 127 million lei, down by four million compared to the first ten months of last year.
Other revenues collected in AOAM funds, including the insurance policies paid by park residents for information technology, amounted to over 121 million lei, about 50 million more than the amount recorded in the same period last year.
Transfers from the state budget were 4.7 billion lei, up by almost 196 million compared to the first ten months of 2021.
At the same time, expenditures totaling over 9.7 billion lei were made from AOAM funds, of which 9.6 billion were transferred to contracted medical and pharmaceutical service providers.
