Moldovan, Ukrainian officials approach current situation

Chisinau, Dec. 7 /MOLDPRES/- On the sidelines of the working visit of Prime Minister Natalia Gavriliță to Ukraine, yesterday there was a working meeting between Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian and Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk, the Reintegration Policy Office has reported.
The two officials exchanged views on the military and geopolitical situation in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. Serebrian reiterated our country's position on unconditional respect for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and thanked Kiev for support in negotiations on the Transnistrian conflict settlement. The Ukrainian official was also informed about the progress of the negotiations between Chisinau and Tiraspol, and the future projects of the Moldovan side.
Ukrainian official thanked for the support provided by the Moldovan authorities and the people of our country to the Ukrainian refugees, forced to leave their country following the unprovoked aggression of the Russian Federation.
Serebrian officially invited Vereshchuk to pay a working visit to the Republic of Moldova in the near future.
