Moldovan PM asks ministers to improve communication with public

Chisinau, 7 December /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita, in the beginning of a today’s cabinet meeting, asked the ministers for more transparency, de-bureaucratization and quickness in the field of communication with the public.     

„Make sure of the efficiency of the subdivisions in charge of the relations with the public, interaction with the citizens and consideration of petitions, so that no petition, no application, complaint or question on behalf of people remains without answer and which is to be received in due time,’’ the PM said.   

Natalia Gavrilita suggested that the ministers set these activities, or the high-ranking officials, being concerned with important and urgent issues, must be sure that the citizens learn about the entire agenda of the institution.  

„See how the things are going at the ministries with a good score in terms of communication, take over the good practices, activate all sources possible, in order to inform the people about what you are doing, plan to do and what you have carried out,’’ the prime minister added.
