About 400 National Army servicemen, civilians donate blood, plasma

Chisinau, 23 December /MOLDPRES/ - About 400 servicemen and civilians of the National Army from the Chisinau, Balti and Cahul garrisons donated blood and plasma on the period 20-23 December. The action was organized at an initiative by the Defence Ministry, in order to supply the state reserve and the needs of the military institution.
Defence Minister Anatolie Nosatii joined the campaign and donated blood, along with the Blue Helmets peacekeeping Battalion 22, the general staff regiment, Nicolae Petrica brigade general, and Fulger Special Battalion, at the collection centre set at the Military Camp 142 from the Moldovan capital.
According to the Defence Ministry, since early 2022, about 2,000 seasoned and contract military, as well as civilian employees of the National Army have donated blood and plasma during campaigns organized in partnership with specialized institutions of Moldova.
