Museums, wineries in Moldova can participate in interactive program supported by USAID

Chisinau, 11 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- The US Agency for International Development (USAID) has launched a program in which museums and wineries in the country can participate, and which provides for the creation of interactive spaces that will transform the experience of consuming cultural products from Moldova. The deadline is 25 January 2023.
"Do you have an idea that can turn a visit to a museum or a winery in Moldova into a unique artistic experience? Give free rein to your creativity and get involved in the Future Museums program, and in the summer of 2023 you can see your creation come to life!", urges USAID.
The Future Museums program connects specialists from the creative industry with the museums and wineries of Moldova. "Participating in the program, digital artists will create interactive spaces for the participating museums and wineries that will transform the consumption experience of cultural products from Moldova. Created projects can integrate immersive experiences, Projection Mapping, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Holo / Streaming in real time, Sensors (motion trackers, sound, touch) and other available technologies. The purpose of the program is to provide the space for artistic expression and the monetization of cultural experiences", according to the cited source.
The Future Museums initiative is part of the Creative Moldova National Program, being a collaboration between the Technologies of the Future Project, funded by USAID and Sweden, the Ministry of Culture and the Association of Creative Companies COR. "USAID supports the creative industry in the Republic of Moldova and the development initiatives of the Moldovan tourist infrastructure to contribute to the creation and promotion of the image of Moldova as an authentic tourist destination", the US Agency said.
